Originating in Skopje, the capital of Macedonia, the mixed-use project spans an impressive gross area of 323 thousand square meters, nestled within the bustling city center between Ulica St. Kiril, Metodi, and Ulica Yordan Miyalkov streets. Central to its design is the transformation of Macedonia Boulevard into an underpass, complemented by the integration of a dynamic shopping mall, multi-story parking facilities, hotel accommodations, office spaces, and residential blocks.
The hotel was opened in 2021, bringing the quality of Limak Hotels to Skopje. The shopping mall was officially opened on 20 October 2023.
The first two residential blocks were delivered in 2023, and the project was fully completed following the technical acceptance and delivery of the final two residential blocks on 10 May 2025 and 27 October 2025, respectively.
