Within the scope of the project, which has a total area of 38 thousand 684 square meters, the construction of which started in 2022, 70 villas will be built. The project is designed and built in accordance with the principles of sustainability in the smart use of water and energy and the use of materials with low carbon footprint. In this context, the project is a candidate for EDGE certification, IFC’s green building certification system.
