This project started 15 May 2025, covers the construction, development, and maintenance of roads and interchanges serving the New Terminal Building at Kuwait International Airport, located on Maqwa Road. The project plays a key role in improving access and traffic flow to the airport area through complex interchange structures and extensive road works.
The Scope of the work consists of Construction of 3 major interchanges, 31 km total road length with 2 to 7 lanes (excluding emergency lanes), 13 bridges with a total length of 2,500 m, 3,600 m MSE retaining walls, 2 troughs with a total length of 2,150 m, 2 pedestrian bridges, 4 bus bays with Relocation and protection of existing utilities to be completed May 2028.
