Throughout 2024, artificial intellingence applications took center stage, widely deployed to speed up operations and boost efficiency, AI-supported systems, data analytics, predictive models, and workflow optimization introduced groundbreaking innovations to the company’s business processes.
Within this framework, the AI-Supported Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) project was completed, enabling the automatic initiation of processes such as personal protective equipment control, person-area authhorization control, and fire and smoke detection. Additionally, the Human Resources Talent Acquisition project was launched under TÜBİTAK 1501, with ongoing studies on AI applications in evaluation, bidding, and legal compliance processes.
Limak Technology focused on developing and disseminating customized applications across group companies. Under the Supplier Management System project, the operational workflows of the Purchasing and Quality units within the Tourism and Contruction groups were digitized, leading to measurable efficiency gains.
To futher increase operational efficiency, Limak Technology develop innovative solutions particularly aimed at improving performance management and career processes.
Large-scale transformation projects were implemented to enhance employee competencies across the group and foster a more effective management environment. The Education Management System’s Turquality program was expanded, Career System projects were rolled out group-wide, and external requests for usage began to be received. The CROMS Agile Project and Operations Management Tool was developed and piloted in project and operations units, quickly becoming integral to operational workflows.
Notably, the widespread digitization of occupational health and safety training evaluation processes and supplier management helped reduce operational risks. By 2024, Limak Technology had clearly define its strategic role within the group and guided its work with a future-focused vision. It strengthened its determination to be a technology leader, adding value to both employees and group companies. Thanks to infrastructure and technological investments, faster, more accurate, and personalized solutions were delivered to customers, while internal comminication and information sharing were bolstered.
