M. Serhan Bacaksız was born in Ankara in 1972. He graduated from TED Ankara College in 1990 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bilkent University in 1994.
M. Serhan Bacaksız, who joined the Limak Group of Companies in 1996, currently serves as the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors for Limak Holding. Additionally, he holds the position of Vice Chairperson of the Board for both Limak Construction and Limak Investments.
M. Serhan Bacaksız is also the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for Limak Cement (Türkiye), Limak Cement FZE (UAE), Limak Cimentos SA (Mozambique), and Limak Afrika SA (Ivory Coast), a portfolio that underscores the Limak Group’s global leadership in the cement sector.
Also, M. Serhan Bacaksız has served on the Board of Directors of the Cement Industry Employers’ Association (ÇEİS) and has held positions on both the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of TÜRKÇİMENTO (Turkish Cement Manufacturers’ Association), which are the umbrella organizations representing the Turkish cement sector.
