As part of a joint venture, Limak and Marashtroy will construct the Espalanda Shopping Centre. With 87.000 square meters of construction area, the project was completed in 2022.
The first stage includes the construction of a shopping center with a cinema with 9 halls, a children’s amusement park, a fashion gallery, a restaurant area and an indoor car park with a capacity of 530 cars. When all stages of the construction of the facility are completed, it is foreseen that there will be an indoor parking lot with a capacity of 1,200 cars in the center. There are 19 elevators, 14 escalators and 4 travolators in the multifunctional center.
