The One-Stop Destination for Shopping, Socialising, Entertainment, and Dining

As part of a joint venture, Limak and Marashtroy will construct the Espalanda Shopping Centre. With 87.000 square meters of construction area, the project is set to be completed at the end of 2022.

Project details

The project, which started with the agreement signed in February 2020 between Prospect Perm company and Limak-Marashstroy partnership, will be completed in three stages on a total area of 3.75 hectares.

There is a total construction area of 87 thousand square meters in the first phase of the project, which is located in Perm, Russia, consisting of a shopping center and movie theaters. In the second stage, there will be a five-star hotel, and in the third stage, conference halls and a shopping center with a construction area of 74 thousand square meters will be located.

All phases of the project are planned to be completed by the end of 2022.
