Officials of KEDS and stakeholders took the four Stevie Awards in an official ceremony organized in Paris, France.

The previously announced four awards won by the KEDS Academy are now officially at the hands of the KEDS Academy and KEDS management. The awards are delivered in an official ceremony organized in Paris, France by Stevie Awards, the award leader in the field of business in the world. The ceremony was held in the presence of the representatives of many other companies and world wide public figures. It is the first time for a local Kosovo company to receive such awards.

“We have worked hard to establish KEDS Academy together with my team. The first generation has already started working with us while the second edition of the Academy shall commence soon. The 4 prices received at Stevie Awards are a motivation to us to continue further on”, declared Mr. Mesut Serhat Dinc, KEDS Executive Board Member. The Academy of KEDS was previously rewarded with four different prices from Stevie Awards, confirming once again the qualities of the program and the results achieved. Academy has won three silver awards (silver Stevie winner) and a bronze award (bronze Stevie winner) in different categories: the price of silver to the executive of the year has been allocated to Mr. Mesut Serhat Dinc, member of the Executive Board of the KEDS and simultaneously cofounder of Academy, the price of silver in the category of human resources, the price of silver in campaign of communication and public relations and community, as well as the price of bronze in the category of social responsibility.

Stevie Awards are the most important awards in the field of social responsibility. It was established in 2002 to honor and recognize the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and employees around the world. In short time, Stevie prices have become the most important and required awards in the world. Professional panel of Stevie Award is comprised of respected leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, and business professionals. Programs are evaluated by more than 200 members of the jury. Previous winners of the Stevie Awards include companies such as Acer Inc., Apple, BASF, BT, Ford Motor Company, ING, ING, Procter & Gamble, Roche Group, and Samsung, and others.

KEDS has established the Academy in order to provide unique opportunities for young people of Kosovo to participate in training, internships and employment offered by experts of KEDS and experts from Bogazici University in Turkey. Academy has proven to be initiative to effectively solve the problems that have gifted students in Kosovo. The program was established in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, University of Prishtina "Hasan Prishtina" and Bogazici University in Turkey, one of the 200 most prestigious universities in the world.

The first 50 participants in the Academy of KEDS have graduated in June of 2014 and now are part of KEDS company through the employment program. The Academy has opened its application process for the students of the second generation and welcomes all the applications.
