A panel discussion titled "Marshall Plan Films: Milk Powder, Tractor, Propaganda" will be held today at 7:00 p.m. at the Ankara Goethe Institute as part of the Ankara Film Festival.

Five short films aimed at promoting the Marshall Plan in the early 1950s will be screened at the panel, where Professor Baskın Oran, filmmaker Enis Rıza Sakızlı and writer Varlık Özmenek will discuss the Plan and films made to promote it.
