Limak-Cengiz-Kolin Consortium wins the tenders for the privatization of Bogazici and Akdeniz Electricity Distribution Companies

Limak-Cengiz-Kolin Consortium won the tenders for the privatization of Bogazici and Akdeniz Electricity Distribution Companies, which are state-owned power distribution companies under the portfolio of Turkey’s Electricity Distribution Utility (TEDAS). The Consortium is going to pay 546 million USD for Akdeniz and 1.96 billion USD for Bogazici.
