The project, which was undertaken by the Limak-Kolin Joint Venture, covers the construction of the 61 km long with 3x2 lanes for the city roads and 2x2 lanes for the inter-state. Within the scope of the project, there are 19 bridges and 11-bridged junction, 8 tunnels of 6,.800 m length, 11.330.000 m3 earthwork, 35.146.000 tons of fortification work, 1.170.900 tons of hot bituminous mixture and 373.000 m3 structures. The project was completed on July 28, 2010.
